All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%. Cerise Home and Giftware reserves the right to alter pricing at any time, however we will contact you to confirm any price changes (eg; in the case of a special order on delayed delivery)
You can pay for your order by using Visa, Mastercard or by bank deposit. All credit card payments are processed securely via PAYPAL. You will have the option to choose which method you prefer at the payment stage of checkout. A GST invoice will be issued with every purchase.
Our online shop reflects just a small portion of the yummy goodies you will find instore. We can't put everything online because we like to keep our stuff unique... that means we only buy 1 or 2 certain things, and our product range varies constantly! So if you are looking for something in particular we might just have it instore but not online - or we will try and hunt it down for you. Just email us with some detail (pics are good) and we will get right on it.
Sometimes an instore customer buys at exactly the same time you do online. If this happens and we are unable to fulfill your order then we will email you to advise and ensure a refund of your purchase within 48 hours.
If you see an "out of stock" sign then no problem - just email us and we can give you an estimated ETA and a raincheck.

In most cases your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your payment. We will notify you by email if for any reason your order has not left our premises within this time.
Your order will be sent via Tracked Post. Please allow a further 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
If you would like us to send your gift directly to the recipient please include their delivery address under Shipping Details at the checkout.
Delivery costs shown are for within NZ only. If items are required to be shipped overseas additional charges will apply. Note that we will only ship product which cannot be damaged in transit.
Local taxes (not within New Zealand ), import duties etc are the customers responsiblitiy and expense & not the responsiblity or expense of Cerise Home and Giftware.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you are dissapointed in the product you can return your item for a Cerise Credit. The credit will be issued for the product less any shipping charges. This credit will be valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from Cerise. Please note however that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on SALE product so please choose carefully. We will allow 24 hour appro of SALE product for instore customers only.
We check all items prior to dispatch and are very careful to ensure your goods arrive in one piece, however if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a solution.
We do have some special terms and conditions which apply to returns/exchanges:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of SALE items so please choose carefully.
All items must be in the original condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.
You must notify us at email@example.com to advise us of the exchange/return within 24 hours of receiving your product.
We will email you with an authorisation code and return address details. All returns must be on their way back to Cerise within 48 hours of receiving your order, and must be received back at our physical address within 7 days.
The costs and risks associated with return cartage is the responsibility of the customer and must be returned by tracked courier.
