All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%. Cerise Home and Giftware reserves the right to alter pricing at any time, however we will contact you to confirm any price changes (eg; in the case of a special order on delayed delivery)
You can pay for your order by using Visa, Mastercard or by bank deposit. All credit card payments are processed securely via PAYPAL. You will have the option to choose which method you prefer at the payment stage of checkout. A GST invoice will be issued with every purchase.
While we endeavour to keep our stock systems up to date regularly, we operate a bricks & mortar store alongside our online shop and sometimes our products do sell out quickly. If we are unable to fulfill your order then we will email you to advise and ensure a refund of your purchase within 48 hours.

Gift Vouchers and Jewellery within New Zealand - $4.50
Standard Shipping within New Zealand - $12.00
Rural Delivery Charge - $6.00 (This is additional to the standard shipping charge. If your order is being sent to a rural delivery address, please select this option at checkout. We are unable to process orders to a rural delivery address if the correct delivery charges have not been paid)
Freight on Large Items will be quoted seperately.
Collect Instore - If you select this option there will be no delivery charge. The item must be collected from Cerise within 3 working days of placing your order. If you are unable to collect within this time frame, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. If we do not hear from you, we will refund your purchase and return the item to stock.
In most cases your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your payment. We will notify you by email if for any reason your order has not left our premises within this time.
Your order will be sent via Tracked Courier. Please allow a further 2 - 3 working days for delivery.
If you would like us to send your gift directly to the recipient please include their delivery address under Shipping Details at the checkout.
Delivery costs shown are for within NZ only, we do not ship overseas.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you are dissapointed in the product you can return your item for a Cerise Credit. The credit will be issued for the product, less any shipping charges. This credit will be valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be used to purchase any item from Cerise.
We check all items prior to dispatch and are very careful to ensure your goods arrive in one piece, however if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a solution.
We do have some special terms and conditions which apply to returns/exchanges:
All items must be in the original condition that they were shipped, un-used and with all original tags and packaging attached.
For Hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns or exchanges of pierced jewellery.
You must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise us of the exchange/return within 24 hours of receiving your product.
We will email you with an authorisation code and return address details. All returns must be on their way back to Cerise within 48 hours of receiving your order, and must be received back at our physical address within 7 days.
The costs and risks associated with return cartage is the responsibility of the customer and must be returned by tracked courier.
